Frequently Asked Questions
Most Brand Kit projects take 2–4 weeks from discovery to final delivery. Media Kits are typically completed within 1–2 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly we align on direction and the complexity of your project.
That's completely normal, and exactly what the discovery phase is for. Through questionnaires, mood boards, and a review call, we'll uncover your brand's personality together. You don't need to come with a finished vision.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Media Kit and upgrade later. As a returning client, you'll receive a discount when you decide to expand your brand system.
Yes! I work with clients worldwide. Everything is done remotely, from discovery sessions to final delivery, so location is never a barrier.
You'll receive your logo in multiple formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG), a brand guidelines document, color palette and font specifications, and any additional assets included in your package, all organized in a shared folder.
The Brand Kit includes multiple revision rounds on your chosen concept direction. I want you to love the result, so we'll refine until it feels right. Additional rounds beyond the scope can be arranged if needed.
My focus is on brand identity and visual systems. However, I can recommend trusted web designers and developers who can bring your new brand to life online.
All templates are built in Canva, which is free to use. You'll receive direct links to your templates that you can duplicate and edit anytime, no design software required.
Yes! Your brand assets are yours to use however you need. The file formats provided are suitable for both digital and print applications, including merchandise, packaging, and signage.
We'll primarily communicate via email and scheduled video calls. I'll share progress updates at key milestones and you'll have direct access to me throughout the project for questions or feedback.
