Who runs this site. viculsh.com is the website of VICULSH, the brand design studio of Vic Ulsh in Tel Aviv. For anything about your data, get in touch.
The contact form. It asks for your name, your email, which kit you’re interested in and your message. Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, which stores them and sends them on to me. I use them to reply to you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no selling or sharing them. Submissions are deleted from Netlify after a month.
Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which loads from Google when you open the contact page and is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Booking a call. “Book a call” opens Calendly, a separate booking site. What you enter there is covered by Calendly’s privacy notice.
Plausible Analytics. Counts visits to each page without cookies and without collecting personal data, so it runs for every visitor.
Google Analytics. Shows which pages get read. It doesn’t load at all until you press Accept in the cookie banner, so nothing is sent to Google before then. After that it sets cookies to count visits. Google’s Privacy Policy covers what it collects.
Changing your answer. Open (it’s also at the bottom of every page) and choose again. The choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Netlify’s privacy policy. The site’s fonts are served from viculsh.com itself, not from Google Fonts.
Your data. This site follows Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. It gives you the right to see the information held about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do any of that, contact me and I’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with the answer, you can complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority.
